Hi, I’m Chad Board, founder of Unlimited Aerial Services. I’m a commercial roofing expert, a certified Level 1 sUAS thermographer, and a licensed drone pilot with a deep respect for detail and accuracy. My goal is simple: help clients make smarter decisions using aerial technology and hard-earned building knowledge.
I’ve spent years on rooftops—selling, inspecting, diagnosing, and helping solve complex roofing problems. I understand what property managers, building owners, and contractors are up against. That’s why I combine thermal imaging, aerial inspections, and construction documentation with an approach rooted in real-world experience—not just technology.
